These weekly 45-minute online sessions give you a taste of all of the styles on the Combat Arts syllabus including:

  • Thai Boxing – real, authentic and effective
  • Pencak Silat – the battlefield art of SE Asia
  • Kali – Filipino weapons-based training

Training across all these arts, using the best drills and training methods from each to give you:

These ‘training pods’ allow you to not only gain the skills but also learn how to coach and train your peers.

As your group progresses, a sense of team and camaraderie develops that aids learning and creates a fully supportive environment.
